4th partner meeting
The 4th partner meeting was held in Greece, Pireus on 4-5th June 2019. During the meeting, we finalized the results of the IO2, the manual and the methodology.
We continued to gather good practice, training corporate mentors in dual mentoring, and gaming in this area with not many exemplary solutions.
The consortium discussed the framework for mentor training starting in the fall, the 40-hour training will consist of 2 parts, one 20-hour unit on developing mentors' soft skills and starting the implementation of the DEMETRA model described in the methodology. The partners are free to determine the areas suggested in the manual, which areas where mentor soft skills need to be developed in their countries (eg communication, presentation, etc.).
For the rest of the meeting, we discussed the Demetra model and provided ideas to help each other works in the implementation.
