The Kick-off meeting was held on 14-15 December 2017 in Budapest, organized by TREBAG, the project coordinator. The aim of the meeting was to meet the partners personally, to specify the working methods, review and clarify the tasks and responsibilities in details and to answer occurring questions. The first output and tasks to be done were discussed, lead by Babes-Bolyai University and the draft version of the management materials, like Dissemination plan, Quality plan, and the terms of communication and reporting system were discussed and finalized.
The second partners’ meeting was held in Cluj-Napoca on 23-24 April 2018 at Babes-Bolyai University (BBU) with the aim of evaluating the survey carried out and preparing for the draft content of the guidebook, the methodology and the case study collection as well as for the organization of our 1st join staff event on ECVET and WBL. We discussed in details the findings of the focus group interviews carried out in each country and the output leader BBU presented the outcomes of the quantitative research, comparing the answers of students, mentors and decision makers of the different countries. Dissemination activities, financial issues were also discussed, the next steps fixed.
The 3rd transnational partners' meeting was held in Bratislava, the Slovak capital city on 9th to 10th of October, 2018.
The first part of the meeting was aimed at presentation of realised activities connected with the fulfilment of the first project result „Competence catalogue for corporate mentors/instructors“ as well as at distribution of tasks of parts of the second project intellectual outcome „Guidebook for mentors/instructors“ and "Case study collection". The 4th partner meeting was held in Greece, Pireus on 4-5th June 2019.
During the meeting, we finalized the results of the IO2, the manual and the methodology. We continued to gather good practice, training corporate mentors in dual mentoring, and gaming in this area with not many exemplary solutions. Read more
The 5th partner meeting was held on 7-8 October, 2019. The purpose of the meeting was to review the training of corporate mentors and share experiences. In the project, we undertook 40 hours of training for mentors, including 20 hours of skill development, 20 hours of gaming skills and application them in the field. Mentors are trained in Hungary, Slovakia and Romania. At the time of the meeting, the training process had already taken place in Romania , in Hungary and Slovakia the training process was still ongoing. Partners shared experiences based on the DEMETRA model, presented exercises that helped them how to adopt gaming elements in their field. The dissemination film of the project was made in Cluj-Napoca, and we had the opportunity to present the project at the Paprika Radio in there.
6th Transnational Meeting (Budapest - Hungary), 23 - 24 January, 2020.Project DEMETRA partnership consisting of partners from Hungary, Romania, Greece and Slovakia under the project title Development of Methodological Training for Company Instructors Providing Works-Based Trainings in the Plastics and Related Industrial Sectors met for the last time of the project 30-month duration to check the project task fulfilment and to agree on upcoming activities in Budapest - Hungary, on 23 - 24 January, 2020.
